Occupational Protection of Practice Nurses

实习护生对职业危害的因素缺乏认识,防护意识淡薄,应制定在并落实规范化的防护对策。增强实习护生对职业危害的认识,提高职业防护意识,加强职业安全教育和管理,有效防止职业病危害和院内感染的发生,确保实习护生的身心健康。

Because practice nurses lack knowledge of occupational hazardous factors and protection consciousness,the standardized protection countermeasures for them should be made and implemented. It is necessary to enhance the cognition of occupational hazards among practice nurses,strengthen the occupational protection consciousness,improve education and management of occupational safety,and prevent occupational hazardous factors and nosocomial infection,in order to ensure physical and mental health of practice nurses.
