高校高层次人才绩效考评体系的构建与应用 被引量:5

摘要 结合高校高层次人才的特征分析,从思想品德、教学、科研与学科建设四个方面建立了绩效考评体系,确定了考评的标准、方法并应用于实际。实践表明该考评体系的建立是切实可行的。
