药物不良反应267例报告分析

Analysis of 267 cases of ADR reparts

目的:分析我院近几年药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:对267例ADR报表进行回顾性统计分析。结果:ADR以抗感染药居首位;ADR以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见;静脉给药方式占多数。结论:加强ADR监测工作,重视ADR,合理用药,减少或避免ADR的发生,提高临床用药的安全性。

Objective：To analyse the adverse drug reactions（ADR）causes in our hospital in recent years for promoting rational drug use in clinic.Methods：To take retrospective analysis on the reports of 267 cases of ADR in our hospital.Results：ADRs related to many kinds of drugs,and the antibiotics occupied the first place.Besides,ADR was most common with skin and its appendages damage,and the ways of taking drugs by vein were reported to account for majority.Conclution：We must strengthen the monitoring of ADR and then pay attention to ADR seriously and take drugs rationally so as to reduce and avoid ADR,and improve the safety of clinical drug using.
