IEEP刀联合外阴溃疡散治疗慢性宫颈炎268例疗效分析

Effective analysis of IEEP procedure combined with Waiyinkuiyang Powder on treating chronic cervicitis in 268 cases

目的:观察IEEP刀联合外阴溃疡散治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法:将慢性宫颈炎528例患者随机分成两组,治疗组行LEEP刀治疗后创面敷外阴溃疡散,对照组单纯LEEP刀治疗。结果:术后1个月治疗组治愈率79.9%,对照组治愈率51.5%,术后2个月治疗组治愈率98.9%,对照组治愈率86.2%。结论:IEEP刀联合外阴溃疡散治疗慢性宫颈炎,术后恢复快,治愈率高,疗效显著,患者易于接受,优于单纯LEEP刀治疗组,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of LEEP procedure combined with Waiyinkuiyang Powder on chroic cervicitis.Meth-ods：528 patients diagnosed with chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into two groups：the test group and the control group.The test group was first treated with the LEEP procedure,then with Waiyinkuiyang Powder on the cervical surface.The control group was simply treated with LEEP procedure.Results：After 1 month,the test group had the recovery rate of 79.9%,where the control group had a recov-ery rate of 51.5%.After 2 months,the test group had the recovery rate of 98.9%,where the control group had the recovery rate of 86.2%.Conclusion：LEEP procedure combined with Waiyinkuiyang Powder is effective with rapid recovery and easier acception by patients,which is superior to simple LEEP procedure and worth porularizing in clinic.
