经胸前径路内镜下甲状腺手术的护理配合

Study on operative cooperation of endoscopic thyroidectomy by anterior breast approach

目的:探讨腹腔镜下甲状腺切除术的护理方法及配合特点。方法:对36例良性甲状腺疾病患者行经胸入路微型腹腔镜下甲状腺切除术手术配合的回顾性总结,重点做好体位的合理摆放以及颈部灌注CO2时的压力控制的护理配合。结果:36例患者均顺利完成手术,术中医护配合顺利。结论:充分的术前准备,熟练的手术配合,特别是体位的摆放和颈部灌注时的压力控制是本术式手术配合的重点,也是保证手术顺利进行的关键。

Objective：To explore the nursing and cooperative characteristics of laparoscopic resection of the thyroid gland.Methods： A total of 36 patients with benign thyroid disease received the miniature laparoscopic surgical resection of thyroid by thoracic approach.The experiences of operative cooperation were summarized.The emphasis was the nursing cooperation in arranging method of body position and pressure control for CO2 neck infusion.Results：36 patients underwent intraoperative medical cooperation smoothly.Conclusion： Sufficient preoperative preparation,skilled operative cooperation,especially the placement of body position and neck perfusion pressure control are the keys to the surgical operation and ensure smooth operation.
