护理干预对髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成影响的研究

Influence of nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis after replacement of total hip

目的:探讨护理干预对髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响。方法:将行髋关节置换患者104例随机分成对照组和实验组。对照组给予预防血栓的常规护理,实验组采取一系列护理干预,分别在术前及术后3天内观察两组患者DVT的相关症状。结果:实验组和对照组肢体疼痛比较,肢体周径比较,肢体温度比较,Homans征比较,均有明显差异(P<0.05);实验组术后早期DVT相关症状少于对照组。结论:实施护理干预能减轻髋关节置换术后DVT的相关症状,降低DVT的发生率。

Purpose：To discuss the influence of hursing intervention on venous thrombosis after replacement of total hip.Methods： 104 patients with replacement of total hip in 2007-2009 were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing care to prevent thrombus and the experimental group took a series of nursing interventions.The comparison of the DVT related symptoms before operation and on 3 d after operation was performed.Results：Limb ache,limb diameter,limb temperature and Homans had the remarkable difference between in the experimental group and the contorl group （P0.05）;the early DVT related symptoms of the experimental group after operation were less than those of the control.Conclusion：Taking nursing intervention can relax the DVT related symptoms after replacement of total hip and reduce the occurrence of DVT.
