国外农业科技成果转化模式比较与借鉴

Comparison and reference of transformation model in foreign agricultural scientific and technological achievements

本文主要分析了美国、法国、荷兰和以色列等农业发达国家农业科技成果转化模式的异同,这些国家都有强有力的政府扶持、高度发达的市场经济体系、产学研的紧密结合和发达的科技与教育。以此为基础,提出建立我国农业科技成果转化体系的思路,就是要确立国家主导的模式体系、确立教育优先发展的思路、提高产学研结合和农业科技成果产业化的水平。

The paper focuses on analysis about similarities and differences of transformation model in agricultural scientific and technological achievements among some agricultural developed countries such as America, France, Netherlands and Israel, for the states have powerful governmental supporting measure, high developed market economy system, model of Production-Teaching- Research close cooperation and developed science, technology and education. On the basis of analysis and conclusion, we propose some ideas and strategies about Chinese agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation system establishment： establishing state-dominant model system and preferential development measure of education, improving the level of Production-Teaching-Research cooperation and agricultural scientific and technological achievements commercialization.
