摘要
以玉米为材料,研究了不同浓度的铜、铁、锌、铅重金属离子对玉米种子萌发率及α-淀粉酶活性的影响。结果表明:低浓度重金属溶液(Cu2+≤0.5 mmol/L,Fe3+≤2 mmol/L,Zn2+≤1 mmol/L,Pb2+≤0.05 mmol/L)促进玉米萌发;铜、铅离子对淀粉酶活性有促进作用,锌离子对淀粉酶活性的有明显的抑制作用。
With maize as material to study the influences of Cu,Fe,Zn and Pb on seed germination and the activity of a-Amylase.The results showed that Cu,Fe,Zn and Pb could promote seed germination at low concentration(Cu^2+≤0.5mmol/L,Fe^3+≤2mmol/L,Zn^2+≤1mmol/L,Pb^2+≤0.05mmol/L),but when the concentration was higher than some value,maize seed germination were restrained obviously.Cu or Pb treatment could promote the activity of α-amylase,and Zn treatment had obviously inhibitory to α-amylase.
