自动痔套扎术联合矾藤痔注射液局部注射治疗直肠内脱垂的临床疗效

Clinical Therapeutic Efficacy of the Procedure of Negative Pressure Attraction and Ligation plus Fantengzhi Injection in the Treatment of the Internal Prolapse of Rectum

为探讨自动痔套扎术（RPH）联合矾藤痔注射液局部注射治疗直肠内脱垂的临床疗效，我院采用RPH联合1：1矾藤痔注射液局部注射治疗直肠内脱垂患者43例，其中中度脱垂16例，重度脱垂27例。结果显示，43例患者中，痊愈26例，显效9例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率95．3％（41／43）。随访半年，复发3例。结果表明，RPH联合矾藤痔注射液局部注射治疗直肠内脱垂安全、疗效可靠，并发症少，无后遗症。

Forty three patients with internal prolapse of rectum underwent the combined procedure of nega- tive pressure attraction ＆ ligation plus 1 ： 1 Fantengzhi injection so as to explore the therapeutic effect of this combined procedure. Of these patients, 16 had prolapse grade Ⅱ ,and 27 had grade Ⅲ. As results,cure was achieved in 26 cases,marked improvement in 9,improvement in 6 and no improvement in 2;the total improvement rate was 95.3%（41/43）. Recurrence was found in 3 cases during follow up of 6 months. It is concluded that this combined procedure is reliable in therapeutic efficacy, safe in manipulation and less in complications, no sequela.
