摘要
提出了基于PC104总线模块电路快速组建便携式仪器平台的方法。结合仪器需求分析、整体规划、PC104组件的选用、自定义电路设计与仪器软件设计等要素,对该设计方法进行了系统地阐述,并给出了具体设计实例。与传统基于器件的研发模式相比较,基于PC104总线模块电路设计便携式仪器,具有低风险、快速、可继承性强的设计特点,适于产品批量不大、成本压力相对较小、研制周期偏紧的设计运用场合。本文提出的设计方法对类似产品的研制有一定借鉴意义。
This paper raised a means of building a portable instrument platform based on the PC104 modules.According to the expatiating on instrument's requirement analysis,top scheme layout,choice of PC104 components,custom circuit design and software design etc.,an example design is given by the way.Compared with the way of conventional buildup by separate ICs,so many excellency may be provided,such as riskless rapidly,expansibility of instrument's new requirement.It will also be suitable for the case when products has less amount,endurable cost,specially the pressing schedule of coming into the market.So that,it's useful to the relative products' design.
