摘要 根据Bethe小孔耦合理论,结合耦合波衰减因子和场平均修正因子,设计出一定向耦合器,并且利用电磁仿真软件CST进行仿真和优化,在通常等孔间距的情况下,改变了部分孔间距,使其隔离度性能得到了进一步的提高。在设计的30GHz到40GHz的工作频段内,耦合度的仿真值与理论值相比偏差在0.15dB之内,隔离度小于-54dB。最后对实测结果进行了分析,并给出了由各个参数加工误差可能引起的实际误差。 According to the theory of Bethe aperture coupling,a directional coupler is designed by combining the attenuation factor of coupled waves with the field averaging correction factor.And an optimal structure is simulated with electromagnetic simulation software CST.To improve the performance,some spaces between two adjacent holes are turned from the traditional equally spaced apertures.In the operating frequency band from 30 GHz to 40 GHz,the deviation of coupling is less than 0.15 dB compared with the theoretical value,and the isolation is less than-54 dB.At last,analysis of the practical measurement results is given,and it is discussed that the measurement results influenced by machining accuracy.
