摘要
针对复杂工业环境对数据无线传输及实时处理的测试需求,基于虚拟仪器和蓝牙技术设计了一套无线数据传输及实时处理的测试系统。介绍了该测试系统的整体设计思想,硬件组成、软件开发、并通过图像数据采集分析实例对该系统进行运行性能分析。运行结果表明,该系统操作简单,数据传输稳定。利用该系统能简化测试过程,实现复杂工业现场无线动态测试功能。
The paper designs a wireless data transmission and real-time processing of the test system based on virtual instruments and Bluetooth technology,aiming for the testing requirements of wireless data transmission and real-time processing in the complex industrial environments.The paper describes the overall design concept of the test system,hardware component,software development,and conducts the system capability analysis through the case of image data acquisition and analysis.The result shows that the system has the advantages of easy operation and stability of data transmission.The system can simplify the testing process and achieve the function of wireless dynamic testing in the complex industrial scene.
