摘要 惯性冲击器是一种常用的粒子分离装置,广泛应用于气溶胶研究领域。为了收集环境空气中的微生物粒子,设计了一种基于惯性冲击原理的亚微米粒子采样器,其采样流量为3 L/min,理论切割粒径为0.45μm。利用流体力学分析软件Fluent对采样器内部流场和粒子运动轨迹进行了仿真,分析了关键参数对采样器收集效率的影响,并优化了设计参数。根据得到的优化参数制作了一个粒子采样器,实验表明,该采样器能够实现对环境空气中0.5μm以上的粒子高效率收集,满足实际检测要求。 Inertial impactors are common particle separator,which have been widely used in aerosol detection technology.In order to collect the biological particles in ambient air,a particle sampler based on inertial impactor is designed,which is able to collect the submicron particles at 3 L/min flow rate,and the theoretical particle cut-off diameter is 0.45 microns.Using Fluent software,the interior flow field and particle trajectories in the impactor are simulated.Based on the simulation results,the influence of the key structural parameters on the collection efficiency curves can be concluded and the design parameters are optimized.A practical particle sampler was fabricated based on the optimized parameters,and the test results show that the particle sampler can indeed collect particles larger than 0.5 microns with high collection efficiency and fulfill the requirement of measurement application.
