摘要
分析了热处理工艺参数对9Cr18大直径不锈钢轴承套圈力学性能的影响,介绍了大直径、小壁厚不锈钢轴承套圈的畸变控制措施。试验结果表明:9Cr18大直径轴承套圈经1 060℃淬火+-70℃深冷处理+160℃低温回火处理后,各项性能指标均满足技术要求。
The influences of heat treatment parameters on mechanical properties of large diameter bearing ring of 9Cr18 strainless steel are investigated,and the distortion controlling methods of the large diameter and thin wall bearing rings are discussed.The results show that after quenching,cold treatment and tempered at low temperature,the mechanical properties of the large diamater bearing ring of 9Cr18 strainless steel meet the technique requirements.The optimized heat treatment process of the rings is that after quenched at 1 060 ℃ and cold treatment at-70 ℃,the bearing ring is tempered at 160 ℃.
