摘要
以染色织物表观色深K/S值、彩度C值和织物光泽度值为考核指标,考察了雷马素RR活性染料在珍珠纤维针织物浸染工艺中的应用性能。探讨了中性电解质和纯碱用量、染色温度、染色时间和浴比等因素对染色效果的影响。结果表明,雷马素RR在珍珠纤维针织物浸染工艺中具有良好的工艺稳定性,对染色温度和碱剂的敏感性较小。优化的染色工艺为:染色温度50℃,上染和固色时间均为30 min,元明粉用量40 g/L,纯碱用量20 g/L,浴比1∶10。
Application performance of Remazol RR in dip dyeing of pearl fiber knits was discussed by assessing/O＇S value, chromaticity C and glossiness. Influences of dosages of neutral electrolyte and alkali, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and liquor ratio on dyeing results were investigated. It was found that Remazol RR was a kind of low temperature reactive dye, it featured good processing stability and low sensitivity to dyeing temperature and alkali in dip dyeing process of pearl fiber knits. The optimum dyeing process was： sodium sulfate 40 g/L, alkali 20 g/L, dyeing at 50℃ for 30 minutes and fixation for 30 minutes with liquor ratio 1：10.
