摘要
从板栗中提取板栗多糖,并进行成分分析及活性测定。结果表明:板栗多糖由葡萄糖、甘露糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖组成,其产率为13.2%,红外光谱在895 cm-1和798 cm-1处有吸收,并具有明显的升高昆明种小鼠白细胞和延长昆明种小鼠凝血时间的作用。
The polysaccharide was extracted in Luotian chestnut,its ingredients were analusised and its activities were determinated in this paper.The result shoes: Chestnut polysaccharide is composited of glucose、seminose、xylose、gum sugar,its productive rate of is 13.2%,IR has absorption peaks at 895 cm-1 and 798 cm-1,and has obvious effects of rising white blood cell and prolonging clotting time of Kunming mousse.
