针对厚重袜的染色折痕问题,分析了染色设备的选择,介绍了一整套合理的工艺流程,包括编织、预缩、缝制、装袋、配货、预定形、前处理、染色、水洗、固色、柔软、后定形(或套版烘干)和检装等,并提出了注意事项。该工艺解决了厚重袜的染色折痕问题,提高了产品质量。

In view of dyeing creases in the thick stockings, a set of rational processes were introduced, including weaving, preshrinking, sewing, packing, allocation, presetting, pretreatment, dyeing, washing, fixing, softening, post setting （or overlay drying）, and inspection etc., dyeing equipments were selected, and some attentions were presented. The problems of dyeing creases were settled and the product quality was improved with proper equipment and dyeing processes.
