Multi-functional scouring agent DMA

采用高效多功能精练剂DMA对全棉针织物进行练漂一浴加工,以代替传统练漂工艺。生产结果表明,与传统练漂工艺相比,DMA练漂一浴工艺的白度相当,毛效稍好,强力损失小,染色得色率高。此外,DMA工艺还具有操作简单、工艺成本低、节能环保的优点。

One-bath scouring and bleaching of cotton knits with multifunctional scouring agent DMA were carried out instead of traditional process. Practical results showed that DMA scouring and bleaching process in one bath imparted fabric similar white- ness, enhanced capillary efficiency, lower strength loss and higher color yield as that with traditional alkali process. In addition, DMA process featured simple operation, low production cost and energy saving.
