摘要
采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对4种结构模型的无接触功率发射机构在不同发送-接收距离下的空间电磁场分布、互感与耦合系数的仿真计算与分析过程,以及与传统的功率发射模型在耦合特性方面的比较性研究的结果。研究表明,与传统的发送模型相比,平面螺旋型线圈结构在磁场的集中度、互感系数和耦合效率等多个方面都有明显的改善和提高。
This paper introduces the simulation computation and analysis processes of four kinds of contactless power transmission emitter mode.With the finite element analysis software ANSYS,it is done that the space electromagnetic field distribution,the mutual inductance and coupling coefficient in different emitting-receiving distances and the comparing analysis of these modes with the traditional power emitting mode in coupling characteristics.The research results show that the plane spiral coil structure has obvious improvement in the concentricity of magnetic field and the significant advancement in mutual inductance and coupling efficiency,compared with the traditional mode.
