An efficient edge detection method of MRI brain tumors image

以哈佛大学医学院开发的脑肿瘤医学图像数据库为背景,提出一种自动多阈值、中值滤波和sobel边缘检测相结合的方法(T_Sobel算法).实验表明该方法对MRI脑肿瘤图像具有很好的鲁棒性.

The development of Harvard Medical School brain tumor medical image database was put as a background,and then we proposed an edge detection method which combined automatic multilevel threshold,median filtering and sobel algorithm（T_Sobel algorithm）.Experiments show that the method has a good robustness for the MRI images of brain tumors.
