开发了一种新型太阳能LED路灯照明系统。依据太阳能电池、蓄电池和大功率LED的特性,设计了充放电电路。为了减小功率损耗,充电电路采用了同步Buck结构;并采用IR2103实现了同步Buck两个开关管的有效驱动。放电电路采用恒流控制以获得LED的最大发光效率。采用单片机ATMEGA16实现充放电控制;并与上位机之间实现了数据通信,以便于系统的调试和维护。提出了通过追踪太阳能电池对蓄电池的最大充电电流来实现太阳能最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)的方法,并根据蓄电池的状态分别采用了MPPT充电、过充和浮充策略。长期测试结果表明:系统运行稳定,充放电状态正确,数据通信正常,充电效率约为86%。对比试验验证了所提MPPT算法的有效性。
A novel system of solar LED street lamp lighting was developed. Based on the characteristics of solar cell, storage battery and high power LED, the charging and discharging circuits were designed, respectively. To reduce the power loss, a synchronous Buck topology is applied to the charger, and a chip IR2103 is applied to effectively drive the two switches of the synchronous Buck converter. To achieve the maximum luminescent efficiency of LED, a constant current control technique is used for the discharging circuit. ATMEGA16 is used to control the charging and discharging process; and it is also used to communicate with the host computer for system debugging and maintenance. A new maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method is proposed. This method is implemented by tracking the maximum storage battery charging current from solar cell. According to the storage battery condition, the MPPT charging, constant voltage charging, and floating charging were applied to the charger, respectively. The long-term test results show that the developed system works stably, and the charging, discharging and the data communication status are correct. The charging efficiency is about 86%. The contrast test results validate the proposed MPPT method.
