摘要
对夏天无巴布剂的制备工艺进行了研究。实验采用均匀设计,以持黏力和剥离强度为指标,对巴布剂基质的制备工艺进行优化,用SPSS软件对均匀设计的数据进行处理。得出巴布剂基质最佳质量配比以A3B6C2D7E2组合为佳,即卡波姆∶聚乙烯醇∶聚丙烯酸钠∶明胶∶甘油=3.0∶3.0∶5.5∶3.5∶50。对夏天无巴布剂进行了体外释放度实验及体外透皮实验。结果表明,夏天无巴布剂工艺合理,质量稳定,是一种安全、有效的透皮给药制剂。
To study the preparation technique for cataplasma of Rhizoma corydalis decumbentis.The optimum proportion of matrix for the preparation technology process of cataplasm was selected by uniform design and SPSS regression analysis. A check-up for sustained adhesion,peeling strength was founded.The best matrix is A3B6C2D7E2 and the mixture ratio is Carbomer∶PVA∶PANA∶prescription gelatin∶trimethylene glycol was 3.0∶3.0∶5.5∶3.5∶50.The experiment includes the drug release experiment in vitro and diadermic experiment in vitro.The preparation technique of cataplasma is feasible,and its quality is steerable,it is a safe and effective transdermal-drug delivery system.
