摘要
剖析了大学生村官工程效应探究的必要性,建立了大学生村官工程中的创新效应与大学生村官工程中的示范效应、网络效应、社会效应之间关系的结构方程模型,得出大学生村官工程中的创新效应、示范效应、网络效应和社会效应之间直接和间接的关系,并从中获得大学生村官工程发展的启示。
This paper analyzes the necessity of the effects inquiry of students village official project,established the structural equation models between the innovative effect of the students village official project and the demonstration effect,the network effect,social effect of the students village official project,come to the relationship between the direct and indirect of the innovative effect,demonstration effect,the network effect,social effect of the students village official project,and derive inspiration of students village official project development.
