摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计法研究分析中国高校高学历青年体育教师专业知识的现状,结果表明:高校高学历青年体育教师在科研上处于优势;相互学习和自我知识的更新在高校高学历青年体育教师团体中没有引起重视;对新《课程纲要》等基础知识的了解及体育训练竞赛能力较为欠缺;阅读专业书刊、有关专家讲座是增进高校高学历青年体育教师专业知识的主要来源;并提出相应的对策。
By using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzed the status of the specialized knowledge of the young P.E teachers with higher scholarship in university of China.The result shows that the young P.E teachers with higher scholarship in university are superior to science research,and they pay less importance on the study each other and the updating of knowledge,and they lack the base knowledge about the new teaching references outline and training and game.It is the main resource that reading specialized book and having experts' lectures for young P.E teachers with higher scholarship in university to enhance specialized knowledge.It puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
