金融危机下高校体育特长生就业形势研究

Analysis On The Employment Situation Of College Sport-specilized Students Under Financial Crisis

对浙江省3所高校近3年就业率进行统计分析,结果表明:金融危机前和金融危机下体育特长生就业率均明显高于普通大学生,与体育特长生比较,金融危机对普通大学生就业率影响明显,乒乓球、羽毛球和篮球项目特长生就业优势明显;采用问卷调查和访谈结合的方式,对2009年普通大学生和体育特长生各100人初次就业搜寻时间、就业满意度进行调查,结果表明:体育特长生初次就业搜寻时间明显少于普通大学生,就业满意率明显高于普通大学生。

There is an analysis for the employment rate of three colleges in Zhejiang Province in the past three years,and the result indicates that the employment rate of sport-specialized students was obviously higher than college students before the financial crisis and during that situation.Compared with sport-specialized students,the impact of the financial crisis on the employment rate of college students is more significant.The sport-specialized students of table tennis,badminton,and basketball programs have obvious advantages in employment.Combined with questionnaires and interviews,and then making a survey for the first employment of college students and sport-specialized students of all 100,including the job-search time,the satisfaction of employment.The results showed that the job-search time was obviously less than college students,and the satisfaction of employment was significantly higher than college students.
