Research on Coordination Between Talent Structure and Industrial Structure:A Casestudy of Information Industry

人才结构与产业结构高度关联。保持两者之间的协调性,并充分发挥人才结构优化对产业结构调整的拉动作用,是产业结构优化升级和产业经济发展的基本条件。本文使用产业人才结构偏离度指标,以信息产业为例,对上海市的产业结构与人才结构之间的协调性问题进行了深入分析,并就今后的人力资本投资战略和产业规划提出了相应的政策建议。

There is a close connection between talent structure and industrial structure. To keep coordinative and make full use of the pulling function of talent structure is a fundamental condition to optimize the industrial structure and develop the industrial economy. The article makes a deep analysis on the coordination issue between talent structure and industrial structure by the irrelevance index of talent structure and in the case of information industry. Then it provides with advices on human capital investment strategy and industrial projects.
