摘要
通过热缩聚法合成了聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI),以PSI为原料合成了含磺酸基聚天冬氨酸接枝共聚物,通过静态实验法研究了不同接枝比值的共聚物及其在磁化水中对碳酸钙的阻垢性能。结果表明,随着接枝比值的增加,共聚物的阻垢性能逐渐下降,含磺酸基聚天冬氨酸接枝共聚物在磁化水中的阻垢性能比在未磁化水中有所提高,其中,接枝比值为0.8的共聚物在药剂用量为8 mg/L时,阻垢率提高幅度最大,为30.8%。
Polysuccinimide (PSI) was synthesized by pyrocondensatuin polymerization, and polyaspartic acid graft copolymers containing sulfo were synthesized with PSI as the raw material. Different graft ratio copolymers and the scale inhibition of CaCO3 in magnetized water were studied by static scale inhibition test. The results show that the scale inhibition performance of the graft copolymers declines with the increase of graft ratio, but their scale inhibition performance in magnetized water is improved. When the graft ratio is 0.8, the scale inhibition increased by 30.8% at a dosage of 8 mg/L, the largest increasing amplitude.
