摘要
吉尔吉斯坦铜金矿含铜矿物主要为孔雀石、少量硅孔雀石,氧化率98%以上。试验研究采用B130为捕收剂,经三粗二精二扫选别工艺,获得铜品位20.44%,铜回收率75.17%的合格铜精矿。研究确定了比丁基黄药更合理的捕收剂,有效地降低了该类型矿石选别的药剂成本。
In Kyrgyzstan,copper containing mineral in copper gold are malachite and a few chrysocolla mainly,which the oxidation rate is more than 98%.Adopt three time roughing concentration、two time scavenging and two time reconcentrate,B130 as the collector.Adopt butyl xanthate and hydroxamic acid as the collector on the oxide minerals flotation four times between 2007 and 2009,mill run experimental research is done on this ore and the effect is good,but the cost is high.Low cost B130 is adopted in this experiment,flotation effect is good.Qualified copper concentrate which the copper grade is 20.44% and the recovery rate of copper is 75.17% are obtained.Provides the effective collector for mineral processing technology of refractory oxidized copper ore.
