摘要
目的建立岩白菜中有效成分岩白菜素的HPLC测定方法,测定其含量。方法采用反相HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶水(32∶68),流量1.0mL/min,柱温30℃。结果岩白菜素在0.0381~0.1904μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD=2.0%。结论该方法操作简单、准确、重现性好,可用于岩白菜药材的含量测定。
Objective:To establish the method of the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) for determining the bergenin in the rhizome bergeniae. Methods:It was used the RH-HPLC determination with the 5μm Kromasil C18 column(4. 6 mm × 150 mm) and the mobile phase of the formaldehyde-water(32∶ 68) . The flow volume of the mobile phase was 1. 0mL /min and the temperature of it was 30℃ . Results:It was good linear range of bergenin in the range from 0. 3810μg to 0. 1904μg. The average recovery was 98. 9% and the RSD was 2. 0% . Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It could be used for the of rhizoma bergeniae determination.
