关于工会工作主动权的把握问题

On the Grasping the Initiative in Work of the Trade Union

企业工会工作若想在紧张忙碌中做到从容有序,必须注意主动权的把握问题。所谓主动,即自觉接受党的领导,主动征得企业行政的认同和支持;自身所开展的各项工作,更应以提前筹谋的细密来争取游刃有余。面新对情况和新问题,畏难怯阵、敷衍了事,只能处于被动应付局面;只有敢于和善于迎难而上、开拓创新,才能把握住工会工作的主动权。

Only the trade union of the enterprise must pay attention to the issue of grasping the initiative,it can deal with the business of the trade union with ease.The initiative,that is to accept the guidance from the leader of the party,to get voluntarily the approving and support from the administration,and to make a plan in advance to get rooms enough to deal with before promoting all kinds of work.It will fail to be afraid or to palter when we are facing up the new situation and problems.Only we have the courage or are good at challenging the problems tough or create the new situation,we can grasp the initiative in work of the trade union.
