With the development of modern distant opening education,learning online has become an essential learning method.It makes learners to share different regional teaching resources and to gain a bigger free room for choice.The teachers should pay attention to guide students to acquiring means,methods,and approaches to the teaching resources and guide their learning method in right way.In the meanwhile,the teachers should guide the students to discuss the problems of learning as well.The school should make a plan of development,set up a special fund,and formulate some incentive measures to achieve a fine control of constructional resources.
