基于服务营销视角的高等教育质量实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 高等教育的产品是高等教育服务。通过建立高等教育服务质量结构方程模型得出:服务质量对感知价值、顾客信任有直接正面影响,对顾客满意有间接影响,并通过顾客信任和顾客满意对顾客行为倾向有间接影响作用。高校形象通过感知价值和顾客信任作用于顾客满意,高校形象对顾客行为倾有直接影响。
