摘要
2008年源于美国的世界性的金融危机对我国中小企业的影响是巨大的,在导致大批人员失业的同时,也充分暴露了我国产业结构的弱点。面对危机,作为与产业关系最为密切的高等院校,必须加快改革步伐,融入"以人为本"的发展理念,增加教育的多样性和层次性,充分发挥职业教育的弹性和"蓄水池"作用,既满足个人职业生涯规划需要,又满足产业结构升级的需要。
The impact on China＇s small and medium-sized companies having been triggered by a global financial tsunami from the United States sub-loan crisis is enormous. While resulting in a large number of unemployed persons, it has fully exposed the weakness of China＇s industrial structure. Faced with the economic crisis, the higher vocational colleges with close relation to the industry must accelerate the pace of reform, integration into the ＂people-oriented＂ development concept, increase the diversity and level of the education, and give full play to the flexibility and the function of the higher vocational education ＂reservoir＂ to satisfy the needs of the individual career planning and the industrial structure updating.
