摘要
为实现医患纠纷中医疗信息的合理公开,文章阐述了我国医疗活动中信息公开的现状,分析医患双方在医疗活动中专业信息不对称的原因与存在的问题,通过医疗信息公开为维护医疗活动中医患双方的权益公平提供构想。
In order to realize the medical information reasonable openness,the article explained the present status of public information in medical activities,explored the reasons and the issues of information asymmetry between doctors and patients,and conceived the equal rights in medical activities based on the medical information openness.
