摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年帕金森病的疗效;方法:选取76例65岁以上的帕金森病患者为研究对象,其中研究组和对照组各38例,两组均统一接受美多芭治疗,而研究组在对照组基础上,根据中医辨证分型运用中西医结合疗法,在治疗前、治疗后3个月,治疗后6个月,分别对两组使用统一帕金森评分量表(UPDRS)第Ⅲ、Ⅳ部分评分进行比较,观察中西医结合在改善患者运动功能及减少并发症方面的疗效。结果:治疗后3个月,两组UPDRSⅢ、Ⅳ评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后6个月,两组UPDRSⅢ、Ⅳ评分比较有明显差异(P<0.05);结论:中西医结合治疗在改善患者运动功能及减少并发症方面优于西医治疗,但其疗效与治疗时程有关,应该坚持规范足程应用中西医结合治疗帕金森病。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine for treating Parkinson desease.Methods Select 76 cases patients with Parkinson desease whose age≥65 years old for study objection,divide into two groups with study group and control group which each group have 38 cases patients,the two groups patients all treatment by Madopar,the study group also treatment by integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine based on differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome.the two groups were graded and compared with branchⅢandⅣtables of unified , parkingsons disease rating scale(UPDRS)before treatment and 3 months,6 months after treatment,to observe the effect of integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine for improve motor function and decrese concurrent disease.Results In theⅢandⅣbranch table of UPDRS,there was no significant difference between the two groups with 3 months after treatment(P〈0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups with 6 months after treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion The treatment of integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine improve motor function and decrease concurrent disease better than westen medicine,but the effection related to time course of treatment,so ought to insist on standard and enough time course of treatment by integratedtraditional chinese medicine and western medicine for treating Parkinson desease.
