白细胞酯酶检测在细菌性前列腺炎诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨白细胞酯酶(LET)在细菌性前列腺炎中的诊断意义。方法前列腺液分别做常规、LET和细菌培养检测。结果105例前列腺液标本中;涂片检查阳性率为90.5%;白细胞酯酶检测阳性率为92.4%;细菌培养阳性率为83.8%。结论LET的检测可以作为前列腺液涂片镜检的补充和替代试验,用于细菌性前列腺炎的快速诊断与治疗。
