摘要
分析并提出了某型炮兵营指挥控制系统效能评估的指标体系,利用模糊综合评判的方法,定性与定量分析相结合,对该系统效能进行了静态评估,具有一定参考价值。
Submitting the efficiency assessment index system of certain type artillery battalion command and control（C2） system based on contemplating it;assessing the C2 system efficiency statically with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation（FCE） while integrating quantitative and qualitative analysis,tendering useful outcome for consideration.
