摘要
目的:探讨如何利用医学文献检索课提高医学生的信息认知能力。方法:随机抽取川北医学院三、四年级的医学本科生为实验组和对照组。实验组采用新的教学计划,对照组按传统的教学计划实施教学,教学结束后采用自编问卷调查表进行调查,结果数据用SPSS软件系统处理,并行频数统计、组间方差分析和卡方检验,以分析医学生的认知结构、认知方式、认知能力和信息加工策略。结果:实验组与对照组在信息认知方面存在有明显差别,尤其在信息获取目的、途径、方式、难易程度、动机影响因素和主要内容,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:采用新的教学计划,有利于医学生形成良好的思维习惯和正确的认知结构,能有效提高医学生的信息认知能力,促进医学生自我发展。
Objective : To study how to improve the information recognition ability of medical undergraduates in teaching of literature retrieval course. Methods : Undergraduates, randomly selected from grades 3 and 4 of Chuan- bei Medical College,were divided into experimental group and control group. Undergraduates in experimental group re- ceived literature retrieval course according to the new teaching program, whole those in control group received litera- ture retrieval course according to the tradition teaching grogram. After completion of the courses, information recog- nition structure, method, ability and processing strategy were analyzed with variance analysis and chi-square test using SPSS software. Resuhs:A significant difference was found in information recognition, objective, methods, influence factors and main contents between the two groups (P〈O. 05). Conclusion :The teach- ing program of literature retrieval course can help medical undergraduates to form good thinking nition structure, effectively improve their information recognition ability, and promote their habits and correct recog- dovelopment.
