关于建立中文PDA软件系统国家标准的若干问题

中文ＰＤＡ（ＰｅｒｓｏｎａｌＤｉｇｉｔａｌＡｓｓｉｓｔａｎｔ）软件系统的标准化问题已提到了工作的议事日程上。在着手进行中文ＰＤＡ软件系统的标准化时，首要的问题是明确究竟什么是ＰＤＡ，然后应是认清目前ＰＤＡ的发展状况会对标准的制定工作带来什么影响。中文ＰＤＡ软件系统的标准主要由软件系统参考模型、中文信息编码，应用程序员接口、基本外部设备驱动程序、文件组织格式、通信协议、编程语言及环境等内容组成。对如何开展制定中文ＰＤＡ软件系统标准的工作，本文也提出了一些建议。
