级配碎石利用其嵌挤作用,具有相当好的承载能力,有一定的排水功能。原材料质量、最佳混合料级配、混合料均匀摊铺和碾压密实是级配碎石基层控制的关键。结合级配碎石在G104观音机场至睢宁段路面底基层中的应用实例,介绍级配碎石底基层的材料和配合比设计,以及拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压等前后台控制等施工工艺,为级配碎石的施工提供参考。

Graded broken stone has good bearing capacity and a certain drainage function. The quality of raw materials, the optimum grading, paving and compacting are controlling keys of the mixture. The paper introduces the material of graded broken stone in the subbase, the mix proportion design as well as the skills of mixing, transportation, paving and rolling combining with the application of brokenstone in subbase of G104 Guanyin Airport to Suining section. Through the analysis of theory and practice, it will provide some reference to the future construction.
