先兆晚期流产100例临床分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的比较间苯三酚及硫酸镁治疗先兆晚期流产的临床分析。方法在我院经诊断有先兆流产症状的孕妇100例,随机分为对照组（硫酸镁治疗组）50例及治疗组（间苯三酚治疗组）50例。结果治疗组总有效率为94.00%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,经分析,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论在用药安全性、方便性及药物不良反应方面,间苯三酚优于硫酸镁,间苯三酚用于治疗先兆流产的方法值得推广。
