摘要
本文研究了Fe_(40)Ni__(40)P_(12)B_8 非晶合金冲击波加载下的晶化行为,冲击波由二级轻气炮发射的高速弹丸撞击靶产生。实验结果一明:Fe_(40)Ni__(40)P_(12)B_8非晶合金在冲击波加载下,晶化可在加载时间(10 6秒量级)内发生;晶化的阈值压力在30—50GPa之间,相应的冲击温度约为510—800K,晶化析出相与冲击压力有关,低压下析出相是面心立方γ-(Fe,Ni)固溶体和Fe_3(P_(0.37)B_(0.63)化合物,高压下(大于 60GPa)析出相除了面心立方 γ-(Fe,Ni)固溶体和Fe_3(P_(0.37)B_(0.63)化合物之外,还包括(Fe、Ni)
The shock-induced crystallization of amorphous Fe40Ni40P12B8 alloy was investigated in this paper. The shock loading condition was preduced by the impact of high velocity projectile, which had been accelerated by a two-stage light-gas gun to a definite velocity. The experimental results indicated as follows: (1) the crystallization of amorphous Fe40Ni40P12B8 alloy can be induced under the shock loading in about 10-6s duration; (2) the threshold pressure of crystallization is 30-50GPa,and the correspondent temperature is 510-800K; and (3) the precipitated phases depends on the pressure applied, at lower pressure the phases are γ -(Fe, Ni) solid solution and Fe3P type Fe3(P0.7B0.63) compound, at higher pressure (higner than 60GPa) the phases are ;v-(Fe, Ni) solid solution and two Fe3P type of Fe3( 0.37B0.63). (Fe, Ni))P compounds.
