老年期与非老年期抑郁症患者用药情况对比研究

The Difference of Features about Therapeutic Regimen and Effect between the Senile and Non-senile Depression Disorder

目的对比老年期和非老年期抑郁症患者治疗方案的特点和疗效。方法采取横断面调查,检索2008年度从北京安定医院出院的抑郁症患者的病历,分析老年期抑郁症患者的治疗情况。结果老年期抑郁症患者焦虑症状更为突出,舍曲林应用比例更大(P<0.05)。两组患者的临床治愈率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论老年期抑郁症与非老年期抑郁症患者的治疗方案无明显差异,抗焦虑药物应用比例更高。

Objective Compare the difference of features about therapeutic regimen and effect between the senile and non-senile depression disorder in hospitalized patients.Methods It is designed for cross section study.We review the medical records of depression disorder patients during 2008,then analysis the data.Results The anxiety symptoms is obviously outstanding in senile patients group;Sertraline was more often used in the senile group（P 0.05）than non-senile group.There isn＇t significant difference of recovery rate between two groups.Conclusion There isn＇t significant difference of therapeutic regimen features between two groups.The anxiolytic drug is more often used in the senile patients.
