摘要
基层药品零售企业作为药品不良反应的上报主体之一,在我国的药品不良反应监测和报告工作中发挥着重要的作用,但也存在着一些问题。通过详细阐述基层药品零售企业在药品不良反应工作中存在的问题,分析和探讨其原因,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期促进基层药品零售企业的药品不良反应工作。
Junior retail pharmacy as one of the main reporting subjects of adverse drug reaction（ADR）,plays an important role in ADR monitoring and reporting work that there are also some problems in china.This paper describes some problems of junior drug retail enterprises in the work of ADR,analyzes and explores its causes,and proposes appropriate countermeasures and suggestions to continuously improve the junior drug retail enterprise＇s ADR work.
