现代住区邻里关系的重要性及其重构探析——基于社会交换理论视角

Analysis of the Importance and Reconstruction of Neighborhood in Modern Settlements Based on Social Exchange Theory Perspective

传统的居住格局随着经济的发展被打破,现代住区取而代之成为城市人聚居的主要场所。邻里来往是一种人际交往,也是一种情感交换。在现代住区里,邻里关系越来越冷漠,不仅影响了个人生活质量,也成为构建和谐社会的一道障碍。基于社会交换理论的视角,分析现代住区邻里关系冷漠的原因、邻里关系的重要性,并提出重构和谐邻里关系的对策。

Along with economic development,traditional living patterns have been broken.Modern settlements are principal place for people to live in the cities.Neighborhood is a kind of interpersonal contacts and also an emotional exchange.The neighborhood is indifference in modern settlements,not only affecting individual quality of life but also becoming an obstacle to build a harmonious society.Based on social exchange theory perspective,the cause of neighborhood indifference,the importance of neighborhood and response to reconstruction of a harmonious neighborhood are analyzed.
