摘要
大学教师的管理改革是大学教育体制改革中的重要内容之一。中美两国由于文化传统及教育体制等的差异,使得两国在大学教师的管理上存在着管理体制、任职资格、聘用方式、角色分配、经济待遇与身份性质、评价方式等诸多方面的差异。进行积极的比较与借鉴,有助于我国大学教师管理模式的改革与大学教育教学质量的提高。
Management reform of university teachers in university education reform is one of the main contents.China and the United States as a result of cultural traditions and differences in the educational system,such as impact,make the two countries different in the management of university teachers.The comparison is helpful for our university teachers from the reform of the management of university education and the improvement of the quality of teaching.
