摘要
研究了下岗-再就业行为,并提出了其动态模型及以企业和社会总负担最小为目标的目标函数.然后,以这样的动态方程和目标评价方程为对象,进行了H_∞优化设计并给出了该问题的特殊解法。
A phenomenon of lossing & regetting job was investigated. First,its dynamics was modeled and its obiect function aiming at minimizing the burden to enterprises and society was built. Then, to the plant composed of the dynamics and the object approeiated equation, an H∞ optimal design and a special resolving method for it were completed. And a dynamic analyastical formula of optimal rate of lossing job and that of regetting job given.
