摘要
增压锅炉是船用蒸汽动力装置的重要组件,对炉内燃烧火焰进行实时监测很有必要。本文通过设计安装接口和密封装置以及彩色火焰探测器,将3支彩色火焰图像探测器布置在前后炉墙的观火孔处,运用专业采集软件摄取炉内火焰图像,并通过图像采集卡将火焰辐射图像保存至计算机中,为进行图像处理、分析和炉膛温度场计算奠定基础。现场试验表明,该火焰采集系统运行稳定,可以对炉内火焰图像进行不间断在线采集。
Supercharged boiler is the important component of marine steam power plant,so it is necessary to real-time monitor furnace combustion.Through the holes of observation in the walls forward or backward,we fixed 3 colored-flame detectors to the boilor by using several assistive devices we designed.Someone can take flame images by professional capture software,then save them into computer,this can be useful to the next image managing,calculating and analysis.It was proved by experiment to be helpful to the flame image detecting on the boiler.
