基于库存方案的舰炮备件短缺风险建模与仿真 被引量:5

摘要 武器装备每年都有大量的器件失效、损坏,为保障战备需要,必须有足够多的备件供更换。而备件备份得是否合理将会影响到武器装备担负战备的能力。因此,备件的库存量对武器装备的训练或作战任务起着至关重要的作用。由于备件的短缺风险能很好的衡量库存满足需求的能力,进而可以反应出武器装备执行任务的能力,因而选取备件短缺风险作为衡量武器装备任务成功与否的指标是合理的。考虑任务执行过程中动态因素,根据更新过程理论,建立了可修备件和不可修备件的短缺风险模型及短缺风险与使用可用度关系模型;然后通过实例对模型进行了仿真,仿真结果表明增加备件库存量可以减小备件的短缺风险,提高装备的使用可用度。 There were a lot of parts invalidation and mangle on weapon equipments every year,so,there should be enough much sapres to replace the failure parts in order to support combat readiness requirements.It had a affect on combat readiness ability whether spares had a logical inventory or not,Thus,spares inventory was every important for training or campaignmission.Because spares shortage risk could csale inventory ability of meeting demand,so it was logical to choose spares risk of shortage as index to scale whether mission success or not.The models of ROS on repairable item and consumable item,the relative model between ROS and operatioal availability were obtained from the theory of the renewal process,based on taking into account the dynamic factors of the mission.Experiments show that spare risk of shortage can be fallen by increased the inventory of spares,consequently,the operational availability will be also enhanced.
