面向企业过程重建的事务流程模型研究与应用

Study on the BPR Oriented Business Process Model and Its Application

作为一项组织管理新概念，企业过程重建（ＢＰＲ）不仅需要观念上的变革，亦需有与之相适应的系统化方法的支持．面向ＢＰＲ的事务流程模型作为其基础，尤为重要．本文从分析ＢＰＲ流程模型的特征需求入手，提出了一种基于扩展Ｐｅｔｒｉ网的面向ＢＰＲ的事务流程模型（ＢＰＭ）．继而探讨了其模型机制，并举例加以说明．

Being a new concept of organization and management, business process reengineering (BPR) needs not only an ideological change, but also to be supported by appropriate methodology. In any case, BPR oriented business process model is of great importance. This paper starts from the analysis of the necessary features and requirements for BPR oriented model. Then a Petri net based BPR oriented business process model (BPM) is proposed, and two groups of its model mechanisms are discussed. At last, an example is illustrated.
